Mold Cleaning Machine – ELIOS
This is a cleaning machine exclusively for molds to remove gas burns, rust, and dirt from injection molds. The mold is immersed in the cleaning tank, electrodes are set, and electricity is applied to generate hydrogen gas between the mold and the dirt, which floats the dirt away. The ultrasonic waves are then used to peel off the lifted dirt, which allows the user to feel the visible removal of the dirt. This product can be used for cleaning not only molds with a grain finish and dies, but also heating cylinder screws.
